Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Love the mini cookies you get with your ice cream? We sell both regular and gluten-free cookie dough) for you to take home. Follow the directions below for perfectly baked chocolate chip cookies.

Preheat your oven to 365 degrees.  Once your oven is preheated, place the frozen dough on a nonstick or lightly-greased cookie sheet. Bake the cookies on a middle rack at 365 degrees for 10-13 minutes until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. The cookies may look puffy and light in color but they will deflate and darken a bit after you take them out of the oven. We recommend sprinkling sea salt on them while they are still hot.

Let the cookies cool on the cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes and then transfer them to a cooling rack using a metal spatula.

Note:  If you are baking cookies to take to an event, do not put cookies in Tupperware or on platter under saran wrap until they have cooled for at least 45-60 minutes.
