Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Preheat your oven to 365 degrees. Once your oven is preheated, place the frozen dough on a nonstick or lightly-greased cookie sheet.
Bake the cookies on a middle rack at 365 degrees for 10-13 minutes until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. The cookies may look puffy and light in color but they will deflate and darken a bit after you take them out of the oven. We recommend sprinkling sea salt on them while they are still hot.
Let the cookies cool on the cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes and then transfer them to a cooling rack using a metal spatula.
Note: If you are baking cookies to take to an event, do not put cookies in Tupperware or on platter under saran wrap until they have cooled for at least 45-60 minutes.
