Bake at Home
Love the mini cookies you get with your ice cream at JoJos? We sell both our regular and gluten-free cookie dough for you to take home and bake yourself.
Baking Instructions for JoJos Cookies:
1. Preheat your oven to 365 degrees F.
2. Place the frozen dough on a nonstick or lightly-greased cookie sheet.
3. Bake the cookies on a middle rack at 365 degrees F for 10-13 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.
The cookies may look puffy and light in color when done, but they will deflate and darken a bit after you take them out of the oven.
4. Sprinkle sea salt on them while they are still hot.
5. Let the cookies cool on the cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack using a metal spatula.
6. Enjoy your freshly baked chocolate chip cookies!
Note: If you are baking cookies to take to an event, do not put cookies in Tupperware or on a platter under saran wrap until they have cooled for at least 45-60 minutes.
